How is my order shipped? Is it safe?

We prepare every shipment with meticulous care. We make sure each one is perfectly sealed and packed inside a protective sleeve.

In every order you receive, you will find:

• the summary of your order;
• a letter from us with more information about your purchases, and about any gifts;
• an airtight sealed envelope with all the stamps or products you ordered.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the destination country and on the value of your order.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our office tells you by email when it leaves, so you always know when it will arrive.

Orders paid by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer are dispatched as soon as the payment clears.

It's a gift: can you send it urgently?

Of course. If you need to send a gift and you are running late, write to us and we will arrange fast shipping in 24/48 hours.

Is my order insured?

Yes. Your orders are insured, and the risk of damage or loss is close to zero.
