Uruguay Coins

Uruguay Coins, available online with international shipping at Io Collezionista. Every item gathered in this subcategory comes from Uruguay. The currency used in the country is the Uruguayan peso which, having entered circulation officially in 1835 when it was called simply the peso, has undergone two revaluations to date in order to face down inflation: the first in 1975, when the peso became the nuevo peso, and the second in 1993, when the nuevo peso became the Uruguayan peso. Among the most interesting items in the catalogue is a 2 Centesimos coin of 1869. The Io Collezionista numismatic catalogue offers a wide selection of Italian and foreign coins, including medals, tokens, vouchers and coin weights, divided into many subcategories, for instance Italy Coins 1936 1937 and San Marino Coins.
