Terms and conditions

With the transmission of purchase order the applicant accepts all the terms and conditions described:

1) Lots are sold to the first buyer to order, and you will be told whether the lots you asked for are still available. We do not accept "all or nothing" orders.

2) The prices are inclusive of VAT. The shipping costs and packaging are your responsibility and quantified in Euro 6.00 within Italy, Euro 11.20 to Europe and Euro 15.90 to the rest of the world. Shipping is by registered mail and the goods travel at the buyer's risk. For orders above 49.00 Euro within Italy, and above 99.00 Euro elsewhere, shipping is free.

3) Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and others), bank transfer or PayPal. 

4) All lots are described with the utmost good faith and guaranteed free from hidden defects (unless otherwise stated). For lots shown in photographs, the photograph forms part of the description, so margins, perforation and centring are not grounds for a complaint. Lots described as defective, collections, accumulations, of mixed quality, not individually described, or sold as seen, cannot be contested. The buyer may contest all items within 30 days of receipt and if this is accepted will be returned the sums paid except for shipping.

5) Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Como.
