What guarantees do I have on what I buy?
Everything we sell is guaranteed authentic, unless the description says otherwise.
You can dispute the items you receive within 30 days of receipt. If we accept your complaint, we refund what you paid, except the shipping costs.

Can I ask for items that are not on the website?
Of course. The website shows only part of what we have in our shop: putting every lot online takes time, so not all of them are there.
You can send us your own list of the items you are looking for, or write to us to ask about the availability of lots and products.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs €6.00 within Italy, €11.20 to Europe and €15.90 to the rest of the world.
Shipping is free on orders of €49 or more within Italy, and of €99 or more everywhere else.

Do you have a physical shop?
Yes. Our shop is in Como, at Via A. Diaz 23.
