29 July 1914 - MONZA - A handsome colour postcard from a drawing by G. Fontana, published for the First Pilgrimage to the Expiatory Chapel of Monza. Franked but not posted, with the pictorial postmark " Regie Poste Primo pellegrinaggio Nazionale alla Cappella Espiatoria di Monza 29 Luglio 1914 ".

Early 1900s - A superb colour postcard of Brunate, Como, "Souvenir de Brunate and the great hall of the Spaini restaurant", published by Muller and Trub of Aarau. Unused, an original.

1904 - TURIN - A handsome colour postcard, "Un Saluto dal Santuario dell SS. Consolata", posted to Rome

THE EARLY 1900s - LECCO - A black and white picture postcard, " Antonio Stoppani geologo casa dove nacque e stazione alpina ", the geologist Antonio Stoppani's birthplace and the alpine station - sent to Rome - the stamp has been removed

1912 LECCO - A superb black and white postcard, "La riva del Lago di Lecco" (the shore of Lake Lecco), franked and carried to Barletta. The lower right corner is lightly bent, but the card is very attractive and rare.

VALSOLDA (CO), late 1800s - A superb black and white postcard, "Saluti dalla Valsolda" (greetings from Valsolda). Unused, authentic.

SEPTEMBER 1923 - PADUA - A handsome black and white postcard, "Societa' Nazionale Dante Alighieri XXVIII° congresso cartolina ufficiale", the official card of the 28th congress of the Dante Alighieri Society. Unused
