Italian Ethiopia

Italian Ethiopia Stamps are part of our Italian Colonies Stamps collection and cover the period of Italian colonialism, which among other African colonies also saw the conquest of Ethiopia. The conquest was long and bloody: Italian control would last only from 1936 to 1940, but Ethiopia was the Italian colony most affected by the building of infrastructure and public works, alongside Eritrea, whose Italian Eritrea Stamps you will also find at Io Collezionista.
