San Marino 1941/1945

San Marino stamps from 1941 to 1945, available worldwide at Io Collezionista. This San Marino Stamps subcategory gathers every issue between 1941 and 1945, a decisive period for the small state as well, which despite its neutrality was inevitably caught up in the events of the Second World War, from the fall of fascism through to the armistice and the arrival of the Allied troops. Among the most interesting items offered by Io Collezionista are a perforated souvenir sheet from 1941 1945 (1945) dedicated to Giosue Carducci and a lot of 17 stamps from 1941 1945 (complete set, 1945) dedicated to the coats of arms of the castles. The main Stamps category leads to the Vatican Stamps and Italian States Stamps subcategories: before its own national stamps appeared in 1877, San Marino used Vatican Stamps and, earlier still, those of the Kingdom of Sardinia.
