Thematic: Christmas
Christmas thematic stamps, available worldwide from Io Collezionista. This subcategory holds every item connected to the feast of Christmas, the day on which tradition holds that Jesus Christ was born. Among the more interesting offers: a lot of 72 stamps from 1967 to 1969 (various countries) covering a wide range of Christmas subjects and themes, 12 stamps from 1987 (Gibraltar, complete set of 3 (3v.)) also dedicated to Christmas, and a 5 dollar stamp from 1986 (Dominica) in a souvenir sheet (miniature sheet), "Christmas, painting by Albrecht Durer". This is one of many thematic stamp subcategories on the site, alongside Chess thematic stamps and Polar thematic stamps. The main Stamps category gives a complete overview of the Io Collezionista philatelic catalogue.
